a drawback: no visual view to the sides. The pilot can only look to the front(and his display). If display readings are incorect or un-available he/she will have n idea what's happening.
This should give the pilot 360x360 vision, or so the theory goes, hehehe.
It looks like it's got a hell of a lot of redundancy for a fighter, with 4 times as many engines as it needs.
Does it have engines to control its roll, it looks to me like that's the only DOF you haven't covered.
Well there will be roll thrusters on it, but I'm not quite sure how to mount them yet. It'll either be small nozzles pointing sideways, or thrust vectoring nozzles on the top engines.
